    Associates ‑ Master Airframe and Powerplant, Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics, Dravosburg, Penna.  Graduated 1963. 

Diploma ‑ Christian Ministries, Boyce Bible School, Southern Baptist Theological Seminary,  2825 Lexington Road, Louisville, Kentucky.  Graduated 1984.

B/A ‑ Campbellsville College, 200 College Street, Campbellsville, Kentucky 42718; Graduated May 1990.

Master of Divinity ‑ Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, 2825 Lexington Road, Louisville, Kentucky.  Major in Evangelism ‑ Minor in Pastor/Teacher Church Growth.  Graduated  December 1990.

Master Chaplaincy - Certification with the International Conference of Police Chaplains, July 2002, Anaheim California.

               He has served on the Mental Health Board, Mayor's Advisory Board, and the Riverview Hospital Chaplain's Advisory Board, President of River Run Home Owners Association from 2002 to 2009.  Instrumental in helping refurbish the Chaplaincy program for Riverview Hospital.  Riverview Hospital now has a full time chaplain on staff.  Was elected as the Vice President of Sheriff’s Chaplaincy Conference 2003 to 2010 and serving as President. Founder and Co-director for the Hamilton County Crisis Response Team and was appointed as the Treasurer/Vice President of the Indiana Crisis Assistance Response Team (ICART).  Elected to two terms (2002-2007) as the registrar for the International Conference of Police Chaplains.   Received the Wilbert A Cunningham Award for Excellence in Chaplaincy from the International Conference of Police Chaplains May, 2009 and the Dipolmate Award in July 2009 from the International Conference of Police Chaplains in Mobile Alabama in July 2009.  Started and teaches pastors how to serve as chaplains was appointed President of Jamaica Chaplaincy International.

               Commissioned by Sheriff Dan Stevens of the Hamilton county Sheriff's Department to organize, recruit, train and implement a Chaplaincy Department.  Served as a volunteer Senior Chaplain for the Sheriff's since 1993 became full time chaplain May 9, 2000.  As the Senior Chaplain we have trained all volunteers that enter the jail, started Bible Studies and worship services.  For the community I am called to do all the death notification and Critical Incident Debriefings.  He was asked to develop a chaplains program for the Community Corrections or work release program and serves as their Senior Chaplain.  I was deployed by International Conference of Police Chaplains to work with New Orleans Police Department Chaplains during Hurricane Katrina and the American Red Cross to serve in Baton Rouge during Gustov.   Now serve as a volunteer pastor of a new work called Christ Community Church of Hamilton County.  Serve on the Red Cross Critical Response Team since 2002.  Was sent to Pine Bluff Arkansas Arsenal and trained in Weapons of Mass Destruction.  Have NIMS training and passed IS100, IS200, IS 300, IS400, IS 700 and IS 800 level classes.
